We are Martin and Kimberley, parents to five children and proud grandparents.
Alongside us are Rachel and her husband Jamie, who also have five children and own one of our caravans. Both of our families include children with disabilities, which has shaped how we approach life — with patience, understanding, and a focus on creating moments that truly matter.

💛 How MKRJ Rentals Began
In 2025, after a family holiday to Great Yarmouth, we realised how special these breaks were. Our kids were full of laughter, excitement, and memories — the kind we knew would last a lifetime.
We thought:
“Imagine if we had a holiday home we could use throughout the year… and imagine if we could help other families create their own memories too.”
That dream became reality when we discovered Camber Sands.
We were meant to “take our time and research sites,” but as soon as we set foot on the park, that was it — full steam ahead. The beach, the family atmosphere, the feeling of being somewhere special… we knew instantly this was home for our future business.
On 1st October 2025, MKRJ Rentals officially began.
🏡 Our Caravans: Luxury Homes, Not Just Rentals
We chose brand-new 2025 Willerby Ellerton Extra caravans because they gave us the perfect luxury foundation to build on. From there, we added our own personal touches — the kind we always wished for when we stayed away ourselves:
Wall-mounted Smart TVs (rare in caravans of this type)
Custom built shelving and storage solutions
Converted under-seat storage into secure personal spaces
Modern décor and warm, welcoming styling
Brand-new bedding and towels kept in pristine condition
A layout and finish we’d be proud to stay in ourselves
We only rent out what we would genuinely love staying in as a family.
If it doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t go in a caravan — simple as that.

Right now, we run MKRJ Rentals as two families working together.

Advertise and manage other owners’ caravans
Build a trusted, family-run business we can pass down to our children one day
This journey has brought our families closer, and we hope it becomes something our kids will be proud of in the future.
