Every booking starts with a £50 booking fee

All bookings with MKRJ Rentals require a £50 booking fee to secure your dates. Once this has been paid, we will send your invoice for the remaining balance. You can then either pay the remaining balance in full within 24 hours, or spread the balance with monthly payments. The final payment must be fully cleared 1 month before check-in.

Simple and clear from the start

We want our payment process to be easy to understand before you book. To secure any stay, a £50 booking fee is required first. After that, the remaining balance is handled based on the option you choose. If you are paying in full, the balance must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being sent. If you choose monthly payments, the balance is split over time, but it must be fully cleared at least 1 month before your check-in date.

What happens after I pay?

Once your £50 booking fee has been received, your dates are secured and we will send your invoice for the remaining balance. If you selected the pay in full option, the remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours. If you selected monthly payments, the balance will be split over time in line with your payment arrangement, but it must be fully cleared 1 month before check-in. After payment is complete, we will continue with the next stages of your booking, including registration and pre-arrival information.
